\/>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u2b50\ufe0eSymptomatic Irreversible Pulpitis\u6642\u306e\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u306a\u75c7\u72b6<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>\u2460 Spontaneous pain \u2013 occurs without a trigger.<\/p>\n<p>\u2461 Lingering pain \u2013 pain lasts for several minutes after exposure to hot, cold, or sweet stimuli.<\/p>\n<p>\u2462 Severe, throbbing pain \u2013 often described as intense and difficult to localize.<\/p>\n<p>\u2463 Pain that worsens at night or when lying down.<\/p>\n<p>\u2464 Difficult to relieve with painkillers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2465 Possible referred pain \u2013 discomfort may radiate to the ear, jaw, or adjacent teeth.<\/p>\n<p>\u2466 Tooth may be tender to percussion (tapping) \u2013 especially if inflammation has spread to surrounding tissues.<\/p>\n<p>\u2467 No visible swelling in early stages \u2013 swelling may appear later if it progresses to a periapical abscess.<\/p>\n<hr
