    I have discussed this option with\u301c\uff08\u3053\u306e\u60a3\u8005\uff09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If we proceed with this I will be checking for any cracks in the root upon removing the tooth, as I am suspicious there may be a fracture associated with the mesial root (there is periodontal pocketing here on the lingual aspect).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If no crack is found, I would resect the root end, prepare the root end and then fill the root end with MTA prior to reimplanting it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I have stressed to her that this treatment has a very uncertain prognosis and outcome.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
