class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u306a\u305c\u3060\u308d\u3046\u304b\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e\u691c\u67fb\u306e\u65b9\u6cd5\u304c\u60aa\u304b\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3060\u308d\u3046\u304b\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u305d\u308c\u3068\u3082\u4ed6\u306b\u554f\u984c\u304c\u3042\u308b\u306e\u3060\u308d\u3046\u304b\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3053\u3046\u3044\u3046\u8a3a\u65ad\u306b\u6574\u5408\u6027\u304c\u5f97\u3089\u308c\u306a\u3044\u3068\u304d\u306f\u3001CBCT\u3092\u5229\u7528\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u306b\u85a6\u3081\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CBCT\u3092\u64ae\u5f71\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CBCT imaging revealed a low-density area partially surrounded by a high-density (corticated) area, which <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">appeared as a widening of the nasopalatine duct<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">The lesion<\/span><\/strong>, which was somewhat <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">asymmetrical and irregularly shaped<\/span><\/strong>, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">perforated the palatal<\/span><\/strong> and, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">to a much lesser extent, the buccal <\/span>cortical bone plates of the alveolar process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nasopalatine cyst\u3092\u7591\u3063\u305f\u8457\u8005\u306f\u53e3\u84cb\u304b\u3089\u5916\u79d1\u6cbb\u7642\u3092\u884c\u3044\u3001\u56a2\u80de\u72b6\u7269\u8cea\u3092\u751f\u691c\u306b\u51fa\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3059\u308b\u3068\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u7d50\u679c\u304c\u8fd4\u3063\u3066\u304d\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The histopathologic findings were an inflamed cyst with an upper respiratory\u2013type and stratified squamous epithelium with adjacent mucous glands. In addition, a large colony of Actinomyces spp. was found surrounded by an inflammatory infiltrate in a typical \u201csunray\u201d appearance, which is consistent with an active Actinomycosis infection. <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">These findings are consistent with the diagnosis of an infected Nasopalatine Duct Cyst<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3064\u307e\u308a\u3001Apicoectomy\u3092\u305b\u305a\u306b\u9f3b\u53e3\u84cb\u7ba1\u56a2\u80de\u3068\u7591\u3063\u3066\u53e3\u84cb\u304b\u3089\u30d5\u30e9\u30c3\u30d7\u3092\u958b\u3051\u305f\u305f\u3081\u306b\u4f59\u8a08\u306a\u6cbb\u7642\u3092\u884c\u308f\u306a\u304f\u3066\u6e08\u3093\u3060\u306e\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3064\u307e\u308a\u3001\u8457\u8005\u306fCBCT\u306e\u304a\u9670\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u7d50\u8ad6\u3065\u3051\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><s>\u3057\u304b\u3057\u79c1\u304b\u3089\u8a00\u308f\u305b\u308c\u3070\u3001#8\u306fCold(+)\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f\u6642\u70b9\u3067\u6839\u7ba1\u6cbb\u7642\u306e\u5bfe\u8c61\u306b\u306f\u306a\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3060\u308d\u3046\u3002<\/s><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><s>\u3082\u3057\u3053\u308c\u3092\u975e\u5916\u79d1\u7684\u306b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u85a6\u3081\u3066\u3044\u304f\u306e\u3067\u3042\u308c\u3070\u2026<\/s><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u751f\u691c\u4ee5\u5916\u306b\u305d\u308c\u3092\u8abf\u67fb\u3059\u308b\u65b9\u6cd5\u306f\u306a\u3044\u3002<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3063\u3066\u304b\u306a\u308a\u8ced\u3051\u306e\u8981\u7d20\u3082\u5f37\u3044\u51e6\u7f6e\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f\u3068\u8a00\u3048\u308b\u3060\u308d\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">\u3067\u3082CBCT\u304c\u3042\u308c\u3070\u9f3b\u53e3\u84cb\u7ba1\u56a2\u80de\u3068\u7591\u3046\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u3002<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">\u305d\u308c\u304c\u5927\u4e8b\u306a\u306e\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u8a3a\u65ad\u306b\u306fCBCT\u306f\u6b20\u304b\u305b\u306a\u3044\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u306f\u8ad6\u3092\u5f85\u305f\u306a\u3044\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u305d\u306e\u4ed6\u306e\u81e8\u5e8a\u60c5\u5831\u3068\u3057\u3066\u306f\u3001<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">NPDC is the most common nonodontogenic cyst in the maxilla and therefore should always be suspected in cases of radiolucency in the maxillary incisor area. <\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">The pulp of adjacent teeth will usually stay vital even in large NPDCs.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3053\u306e\u8fba\u308a\u304c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6253\u306b\u306a\u308b\u306e\u3060\u308d\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3001CBCT\u306f\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e0a\u6709\u52b9\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3067\u3001\u3053\u306e\u75c7\u4f8b\u3067\u3042\u308b\u304c\u3044\u304b\u304c\u3060\u308d\u3046\u304b\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">#8\u306e\u53f3\u306b\u5b58\u5728\u3059\u308b\u306e\u306f\u66e9\u80de\u304b\uff1f\u305d\u308c\u3068\u3082\u9f3b\u53e3\u84cb\u7ba1\u304b\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u3068\u8a00\u3048\u3070\u3001CBCT\u304c\u5f79\u306b\u7acb\u3064\u306e\u3067\u305d\u306e\u60c5\u5831\u3092\u898b\u3066\u307f\u3088\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
